Donald Evans has never worked in the food service industry, but he spent 11 years as the senior VP-animation marketer for Walt Disney Co. While there he was in charge of the strategic marketing, publicity, research, media and in-theater marketing. So be on the lookout for some new and exciting things coming from The Cheesecake Factory!!!
